Services

I work with adults age 18 or older with a wide range of concerns. Some of my areas of focus include, but are not limited to:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • OCD

  • ADHD

  • Trauma

  • Grief

  • Attachment and relational challenges

  • Navigating a multicultural upbringing or background

  • Life transitions

  • Questions of identity and meaning

  • Student mental health

My clinical experience includes individual, couples, and group therapy, with a systems-oriented perspective that considers each person within their relational, cultural, and societal contexts. I enjoy collaborating with other members of each person’s care team, including therapists, medical specialists, and others, holding a holistic perspective. I also engage family members and loved ones in treatment planning when helpful.

As we work together to understand what you’re seeking help with, we’ll come up with a tailored treatment plan that may include:

  • Real change often requires looking beneath the surface of our immediate challenges. With a focus on the therapeutic alliance, I provide a compassionate, dedicated space to explore the patterns and experiences that shape how you move through the world. By integrating psychodynamic insights with present-focused strategies, we work together to foster deeper self-understanding, build resilience, and create more meaningful connections in your relationships and in your life. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including:

    • Psychoanalytic psychotherapy

    • Cognitive-behavioral therapy

    • Mindfulness-based therapies

  • Medication is never a one-size-fits-all solution, nor is it a substitute for the inner work of therapy. In my practice, I view pharmacotherapy as a collaborative tool to help stabilize your foundation, increase your capacity to engage in psychotherapy, and support your overall well-being. Whether we are starting a new treatment or refining an existing one, my goal is to find the most effective approach at the lowest necessary dose—always ensuring it aligns with your personal values and enhances your day-to-day life.

  • For those feeling "stuck" or facing treatment-resistant symptoms, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) offers a unique path toward breakthrough and relief. This modality pairs the neurobiological benefits of ketamine with a supportive, psychotherapeutic framework. In a safe and grounded environment, we use the medicine to facilitate an expanded state of consciousness, allowing you to process difficult emotions and long-standing patterns with greater clarity and self-compassion. I also enjoy collaborating with KAP therapists as a prescriber and consultant.
